Pluim Joinery has opted in to reDirect Recycling's newest wood waste recycling initiative, with the business receiving bins each week to fill with particleboard offcuts. With over 40% of industry waste coming from construction & demolition, Pluim Joinery is assisting in creating a closed-loop economy.

Reconstituted or engineered timber products are used extensively in joinery applications. The recovered wood waste is then diverted to the manufacturing of new particleboard, which utilises recycled wood and particleboard offcuts into the production of new particleboard.
