Pallet Recycling
reDirect Wood Recycling Recovery initiative has been established to offer customers a closed loop pallet recycling service. Recycling pallets with reDirect Recycling allows for wood waste to be re-manufactured, whilst maintaining sustainable practices. Reclaimed pallets can be recycled, if suitable, in a variety of applications including the manufacturing of particleboard.
Acceptable Waste
Clean sawn timber.
Light particleboard blocks.
Light EWP blocks.
Heat treated pallets or timber.
MB fumigated pallets or timber.
Items should be stacked neatly for collection.
Unacceptable Waste
Plastic wrap.
Fixed plastic pieces.
Mouldy or rotting timber.
CHEP and LOSCAM pallets.
Dark or contaminated timber.
Reusable pallets.
St Marys Drop-Off Location
reDirect Recycling operates an efficient wood recycling licensed plant at St Marys. The site is modern, clean and has excellent access, 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, conveniently located in the building and infrastructure corridor of western Sydney with easy tipping within a large purpose-built building. The site specialises in the treatment of pallets, mixed clean timber, particleboard, and picked engineered timber offcuts. The reDirect Recycling site at St Mary’s does NOT accept demolition waste.
Ingleburn Drop-Off Location
reDirect Recycling operates a wood recycling EPA licensed facility at Ingleburn. The site is modern, clean and has excellent access, 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, conveniently located in the primary industrial and commercial hub of Southwestern Sydney with easy tipping and access back onto Williamson Rd. The site specialises in the treatment of pallets, mixed clean timber, particleboard, and picked engineered timber offcuts - Please see the reDirect Recycling website for more information on acceptable material.
