Acceptable

Offcuts of particleboard (raw and melamine coated)
Clean bluepine softwood offcuts envelope treated
Structural builders glulam, LVL, plywood or formwork - all made from dark-coloured phenol formaldehyde and OSB (made from isocyanate resin)

Unacceptable

Hardboard/Masonite and MDF, painted or unpainted
Excessively mouldy or rotting wood
Very dark pallets likely contaminated with diesel, chemicals or heavy metals, wood emanating petroleum odours or wood with visible petroleum staining
Demolition wood offcuts from sorting facility - not source separated
Window frames
Wood mixed with rubbish, paper, plastics, etc.
